If you wish to cancel a Service you must notify us 48hours before the date set for our service to begin.
You may transfer your booking from one service to another for an administration fee of £25 providing that you give us 48hours notice in writing.
In the event that we are requested to provide a Service on the same day or next day – we reserve the right to forward you with a cancellation invoice ensuring that our costs for allocating roles and scheduling are met.
We do not accept any legal aid instructions and would recommend legal advice be taken in these specific circumstances. Fees to be paid as set out and agreed in all consented written communications. We ensure that all operations & practises are compliant with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
