We are currently fully geared up on a pgp encryption system - this system enables our clients to securely pass work through our e mailing system ensuring that only those with their own encryption keys are able access the information. All paperwork is securely locked away behind key coded entry doors together with locked filing systems.
Our head office is fully alarmed with sensors on all floors, if activated we have immediate Police response.
We have full professional liability and indemnity insurance and have a fail-safe disaster recovery plan in place.

Our main office is located in Kingston, Greater London, where we would always welcome a personal visit from you. We are aware that most people get nervous when speaking with a private investigator and that the initial call can at times be a big decision - for this reason we offer a friendly, reassuring and sympathetic ear. We will never rush the call and always allow the client to determine the pace of the conversation then, with a clear explanation of our services, we can together establish the best way forward.
